A busy Workers' Compensation Law firm seeks EXPERIENCED Office Manager for immediate hire.

Candidates Must:
Previous law firm setting experience / some bookkeeping experience
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
Preparing payroll
Controlling correspondence
Designing filing systems
Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures;
Measuring results against standards;
Making necessary adjustments.
Must follow up on work results of staff
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro,
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
